To take good account of the requirements and expectations expressed by its customers, SINEA has introduced work procedures that allow it to ask the right questions, and provide the right answers. These processes are permanently controlled and measured to ensure they meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, and that they provide our customers with maximum satisfaction. We started the ISO certification process in September 2008.

Its "UIC/MASE" HSE system enables SINEA to analyse, plan and provide the resources necessary to carry out the work in total serenity, safety and respect for the environment.
